Estradiol: Estradiol is essential for overall well-being. It supports bone density, maintains cardiovascular health, and promotes skin elasticity. Estradiol also influences mood, energy levels, and cognitive function. It is essential for taming perimenopause symptoms and menopause treatment.

I’ve been in nursing for 27 years, primarily in the ER, with over 20 years of doing aesthetics on the side. I earned my NP degree in 2022 and started working in health and wellness, focusing on HRT, peptides, and weight loss. For the first time in my career, I finally feel like I’ve found my purpose in medicine. It took me until I was 50 to get here, but I truly love helping patients feel better—listening to their needs and goals and empowering them to achieve better health without simply adding another medication to the list. Menopause Society Certified Provider, Certified Hormone and Thyroid specialist through HHI, and member of ISSWSH and Menopause Society.

Taking care of those who take care of others.
I believe profit should come through building meaningful relationships and providing excellent care—not cutting corners. It’s been painful to see patient care take a backseat to imoney. Quality care over quantity care.

As a Clinical Specialist and Family Nurse Practitioner, I provide personalized cardiometabolic and preventive care.
With more than nine years of experience in digital health, I have led care teams, developed clinical education programs, and supported patients in making sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term wellness.
I have a special passion for peri- and menopause care, helping women navigate hormonal transitions with evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that support strength, metabolic health, and vibrant aging.
My approach is rooted in empathy, education, and partnership—empowering patients to take ownership of their health and feel confident in every season of life.
I am proud to serve patients in Louisiana, with additional states coming soon as we continue expanding access to high-quality, performance-focused care.
Seeing patients in Louisiana

I see my role as the heart of the client experience. For me, it's never just about scheduling or handling details, it's about creating a warm and welcoming space where every person feels genuinely cared for. I take pride in being the first connection clients make with our clinic and I want them to feel heard, understood and supported from the moment we speak. In a time when many clinics feel rushed and disconnected I'm passionate about offering something more personal and meaningful. I love getting to know each client, anticipating their needs, and helping them feel at ease as they move through their wellness journey. Being able to support women as they work toward better health means a lot to me and I'm truly grateful for the chance to make their experience a little brighter every day. ~ Sarah
1. Others First
“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill
At Sigma, we lead with service.
We show up for our patients, our teammates, and our community with generosity, humility, and intention. Every decision is grounded in one question: How can we serve better? Because true impact begins when we put others before ourselves.
We believe the best patient care starts with cared-for providers.
Sigma is built on the principle of taking care of those who take care of others. We honor, support, and invest in our Nurse Practitioners—ensuring they have the time, autonomy, and respect to practice exceptional medicine without compromise.
We work hard—but we recover just as intentionally.
Rest is not a reward; it’s a requirement. We believe that clarity, compassion, and excellence are fueled by restoration. By prioritizing rest, joy, and balance, we show up fully—able to give from abundance, not depletion.
We are committed to mastery through continuous learning.
Expertise is not about knowing everything—it’s about the pursuit of excellence. We invest in ongoing education, advanced certifications, and evidence-based practice to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care, always.
Women deserve better—and we are here to deliver it.
We are deeply committed to providing innovative, individualized, and evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. We advocate for progress in research, education, and policy—because women’s health should never be an afterthought.
