De'Tuan Williams,MSA

I’m a former Division I football player at the University of Northern Colorado, originally from Denver and now based in Dallas, Texas. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science with an emphasis in Coaching, as well as a Master’s in Sports Administration. Before stepping into leadership, fitness programming, and acting, I spent years as a football and track coach, helping young athletes become the best versions of themselves, on and off the field.

I’m also a proud father to a beautiful daughter, a son, a brother, a mentor, a coach, an actor, a sales leader, a friend, and above all, a follower of Christ. 

My Passion

 My passion for helping people move, feel, and live better started early. In 2019, I began creating personalized fitness and nutrition programs for men and women of all ages. One of my early clients was a 50-year-old man dealing with chronic pain in his ankles; after six weeks, his strength and mobility improved so dramatically that his doctor began referring patients directly to me. That’s when I knew this calling was bigger than reps and meal plans.

I believe in keeping fitness real, no gimmicks, no extremes, just progress you can build your life on. Everything I do is driven by purpose, discipline, and faith. Whether I’m coaching, leading a team, helping someone change their habits, or telling stories through acting, my journey has been built on growth, resilience, and the desire to make a positive impact wherever God places me.

Clients who prefer hands-on coaching, reminders, emotional support, or help staying disciplined.

Which programs does this applies to:

✔ Optional for all programs if you want more than what is offered in the program you choose.

BUT:

- 8-Week Momentum already includes 1 monthly check-in

- 12-Week Transformation includes 2 check-ins per month
