During your first visit, you will meet with one of our MSCP (menopause society certified) practitioners to discuss your health concerns and goals. They will then recommend a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your wellness goals. This may include hormones, non-hormonal medications, supplements, lab work and other health screenings.

Traditional insurance models often force providers to see a high volume of patients in short, rushed visits—leaving little room for meaningful connection or individualized care.

This approach allows both you and your provider to feel supported, heard, and empowered to achieve lasting wellness together.

What does it cost to be a Sigma patient?

Your initial consultation is $99 (a discounted rate from our usual $139). After that, most patients pay $125 per month, which includes unlimited telehealth visits and personalized, compounded testosterone therapy tailored to your individual needs.

Pricing may vary depending on the number and type of compounded medications in your plan. The majority of our patients are able to use their prescription insurance to cover FDA-approved bioidentical estradiol and progesterone through their preferred local or mail-order pharmacy.

 Do I have to become a member?

No, you don’t have to become a member to receive care at Sigma. If you prefer, you can simply pay for individual 30-minute telehealth visits at $139 per appointment. This includes any prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy and covered under your prescription benefits. Compounded medications are billed separately—for example, female compounded testosterone is $100 for a 5–8 week supply.

Please note that certain protocols for safe hormone prescribing require monthly visits until stable dose is achieved.

How does it work for weight loss only?

Weight loss–only patients pay $99 per month, which includes unlimited telehealth visits and ongoing support from your provider. The cost of medication depends on your prescribed dose and whether you use a compounded formulation.

Whenever possible, Sigma will prescribe FDA-approved medications covered by your insurance and will assist with prior authorizations and appeals when appropriate.

To qualify for GLP-1 medications (such as Wegovy or Zepbound), the FDA requires a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27–30 with at least one related condition such as hypertension, high cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes. Please note that even if you meet these medical criteria, coverage depends on your specific pharmacy plan—some plans exclude medications prescribed for weight loss.
